Refund policy
If you place an order and request to cancel after the order has already shipped, the following applies:

You must return the product to us.

The item must be received by us before any refund is processed.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We do not process refunds for orders that have shipped until the product is returned and received.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the damaged item

Include your order number in your message
Once this information is received and verified, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent out.
